We take great pride in the quality of our plants and want you to be delighted with your order. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with the plants you receive, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

We’re happy to replace or substitute any plant you’re not satisfied with – within reason.
Because plants are living products, some natural variation is to be expected, and we can’t accept returns simply due to differences in size, shape, or growth stage. However, if your plants arrive damaged, in poor condition, or not as described, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a brief description of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the plant(s) in question. We’ll assess the situation and arrange a replacement, substitute, or other suitable solution.

We’re unable to accept returns of unwanted plants once they’ve been removed from their pot or planted, as we can’t guarantee their health or resale condition.
