Shipping Methods

There is no minimum order. Get as many or as few plants as you'd like - the delivery is a flat rate.

We use DPD for most of our packages.  If you give us your email address or mobile number then they will send a message when the plants are on their way, with a one-hour window for the delivery.

You also have delivery note option. Maximum of 20 characters

Easy Returns & Exchanges

When you receive your order, please open the package immediately and check that;

1. everything is there;

2. the correct plants have been sent to you; and

3. the plants haven’t been damaged.

Despite the best efforts of the team at Binny Plants and your efforts in the garden, sometimes plants fail.
This can be due to unsuitable conditions or difficult weather, but if there is a problem with the plant itself then please get in touch with us by email at contact@binnyplants.com to discuss what we can do about it.
Please notify us of any issues as soon as possible after receipt of an order. It is really helpful to have some photos of the plant to show us what is wrong.
We offer a 6 month guarantee on all plants. if they fail after this we cannot take any responsibility on plants not performing and cannot offer you a replacement or refund
