A clump-forming woodland perennial with erect racemes of pink flowers in early spring, opening from tightly furled buds. The blooms sit above soft grey-green foliage which unfurl from the stem after flowering and dies back neatly by summer. Best appreciated planted where it can be enjoyed up close as it emerges from dormancy.
Sold currently in 1-litre pots.
