A strong, free-flowering shrub rose, Rosa ‘Virginia McKenna’ forms a broad, upright plant with healthy mid-green foliage. It bears generous sprays of soft yellow, semi-double flowers from early summer, opening a warm primrose shade before paling attractively as they age.
